Policy
When booking an installation for an event with Mamas Arch and More "MAAM", we highly recommend that all installation be scheduled at minimum 30 days, however we will accept installation dates as early as the day of as long as the date / time is available.

Your event is not officially booked with the date reserved for your installation until half of the total is received by "MAAM".

Deposit Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule or cancel your event, your deposit can be credited toward another event booked within 12 months of the original event date. Please notify us a least 3 days in advance to retain your credit.
